Whether it is deciding to pick up and move to another location or change careers. If you want to move or change careers, you certainly can. However you can begin to change how you feel about yourself for the better without a major overhaul.
2.You will learn to identify the triggers for your depression and learn to respond with healthier habits to these triggers.
You will learn to identify beliefs you hold which worsen your depression under certain circumstances. Changing these unhealthy beliefs will lead to a more stable mood under these identified circumstances.
3. You will learn to put an end to unhealthy and prolonged isolation.
4.You will learn the art and science of balanced living.
5.You will learn and practice preventative coping strategies to prevent yourself from spiraling downwards into destructive behaviors. (Such as inflicting self injury or attempting suicide.)
